Children love going on holiday, and this fun-filled travel journal was designed to capture every part of the adventure. From planning the structure and writing the text through to page design, illustration commissioning and repro-ready files, we worked on every stage of the book.
Following the journey from planning and packing, getting there, first impressions, things to do, sight-seeing and jotting down special memories, the text and design were developed hand-in-hand to keep the pages as visual and engaging as possible. Working closely with the in-house editorial team, we briefed and managed the illustrator from initial scamps through the various review stages to final colour artwork, before commissioning a proofreader and carrying out the final repro checks.
